INVISIBLE EXPERIENCE / INVISIBLE EXPERIENCE RESEARCH PROJECT
Invisible Experience.
University of Wollongong in Dubai — міжнародному австралійському університеті.
• є добровільним та анонімним;
• займає приблизно 7–10 хвилин;
• стосується освіти й професійного розвитку;

Nikol Kolesnychenko, a first-year master’s student in International Relations at International Humanitarian University, is conducting research as part of her independent project, Invisible Experience. Nikol is also completing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communication and Advertising at the University of Wollongong in Dubai, an international Australian university.
Invisible Experience examines changes in the educational and professional pathways of Ukrainian young people since February 2022, the skills developed in response to these changes, and the aspects of their experience that may remain underrecognized or misunderstood by universities, employers, and public organizations.
“Through this research, I want to highlight not only how the educational and professional plans of Ukrainian young people have changed, but also the competencies they have developed while adapting to these changes. It is important to me that this experience is represented accurately, ethically, and without being oversimplified or dramatized,” says project founder Nikol Kolesnychenko.
Ukrainian students and young adults aged 18 and over are invited to participate.
The survey:
• is voluntary and anonymous;
• takes approximately 7–10 minutes;
• focuses on education and professional development;
• does not require participants to disclose traumatic events or sensitive personal circumstances.
The findings will be presented only in an aggregated and anonymized form. They will contribute to a research report and practical recommendations for universities, employers, and public organizations.
The research is conducted with the support of International University.
