👩🎓16 квітня 2026 року для здобувачів вищої освіти спеціальностей D9 «Міжнародне право» відбулася змістовна лекція за участю фахівця з просвітницької діяльності у сфері запобігання гендерно-зумовленому насильству громадської організації «Десяте квітня» Вікторії Ткаченко. Захід був спрямований на підвищення обізнаності майбутніх правників щодо актуальних викликів у сфері захисту прав людини та протидії насильству за ознакою статі.
🌟Під час виступу спікерка детально розкрила поняття гендерно-зумовленого насильства, його види та прояви, зокрема фізичне, психологічне, економічне та сексуальне насильство. Окрему увагу було приділено нормативно-правовому регулюванню цієї сфери, міжнародним стандартам захисту прав постраждалих осіб та практичним механізмам реагування. Студенти ознайомилися з алгоритмом дій у випадку виявлення фактів насильства, а також із діяльністю спеціалізованих служб підтримки.
💫Особливий інтерес викликало обговорення ролі юристів у забезпеченні ефективного захисту постраждалих, важливості міжвідомчої взаємодії та формування нульової толерантності до будь-яких проявів дискримінації. Лекція відбулася у форматі відкритого діалогу: студенти активно ставили запитання, аналізували практичні ситуації та ділилися власними міркуваннями.
Захід став важливою складовою професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців та сприяв формуванню відповідальної громадянської позиції.

👩🎓On April 16, 2026, a meaningful lecture was held for higher education applicants in the D9 "International Law" specialty with the participation of a specialist in educational activities in the field of preventing gender-based violence from the public organization "Desyate Avrila" Viktoriya Tkachenko. The event was aimed at raising awareness of future lawyers about current challenges in the field of protecting human rights and combating gender-based violence.
🌟During the speech, the speaker revealed in detail the concept of gender-based violence, its types and manifestations, in particular physical, psychological, economic and sexual violence. Special attention was paid to the regulatory and legal regulation of this area, international standards for the protection of the rights of victims and practical response mechanisms. Students were introduced to the algorithm of actions in case of detection of facts of violence, as well as the activities of specialized support services.
💫 Of particular interest was the discussion of the role of lawyers in ensuring effective protection of victims, the importance of interagency cooperation and the formation of zero tolerance for any manifestations of discrimination. The lecture took place in the format of an open dialogue: students actively asked questions, analyzed practical situations and shared their own thoughts.
The event became an important component of the professional training of future specialists and contributed to the formation of a responsible civic position.
