Для юристів-міжнародників була проведена лекція на тему «Роль почесного консула у виконанні нотаріальних функцій» за участю Почесного консула Австрійської Республіки у м. Львові Маркіяна Мальського
29 квітня 2026 року на факультеті права та економіки Міжнародного університету для студентів спеціальностей «Міжнародне право» та «Право» була прочитана лекція доктором юридичних наук, адвокатом, керуючим партнером юридичної фірми «Arzinger», почесним консулом Австрійської Республіки у м. Львові Мальським Маркіяном Маркіяновичем.
Лектор провів змістовну лекцію у вигляді презентації, звернув увагу на практичні аспекти діяльності почесного консула Австрії в Україні, зокрема, його правовий статус, вимоги до кандидатів на посаду почесного консула, порядок його призначення та документів (патент, екзекватура), які є підставами здійснення ним діяльності. Під час цієї лекції було презентовано основні відмінності діяльності Почесного консула від діяльності консула, також було досліджено питання діяльності міжнародного арбітру, його повноваження, наслідки звернення та виконання рішень міжнародного комерційного арбітру.
Ця лекція надала змогу нашим студентам-міжнародникам зануритися в практичну площину консульської та арбітражної діяльності. Під час зустрічі Почесному консулові було поставлено низку запитань від студентів, які стосувалися зміцнення українсько-австрійських відносин, міжнародного іміджу України та діяльністі міжнародного комерційного арбітражу. Для студентів ця зустріч була цікавою та професійно зорієнтованою.
Факультет права та економіки висловлює подяку почесному консулу Австрійської Республіки у м. Львові, д.ю.н., пану Маркіяну Мальському за цікаву та змістовну лекцію для студентів-міжнародників. A lecture on the topic "The Role of the Honorary Consul in the Performance of Notarial Functions" was held for international lawyers with the participation of the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Austria in Lviv Markiyan Malsky
On April 29, 2026, at the Faculty of Law and Economics of the International University for students of the specialties "International Law" and "Law", a lecture was given by Doctor of Law, lawyer, managing partner of the law firm "Arzinger", Honorary Consul of the Republic of Austria in Lviv Markiyan Malsky.
The lecturer gave a meaningful lecture in the form of a presentation, drew attention to the practical aspects of the activities of the Honorary Consul of Austria in Ukraine, in particular, his legal status, requirements for candidates for the position of Honorary Consul, the procedure for his appointment and documents (patent, exequatur) that are the grounds for his activities. During this lecture, the main differences between the activities of the Honorary Consul and the activities of a consul were presented, and the issues of the activities of an international arbitrator, his powers, the consequences of the appeal and execution of decisions of an international commercial arbitrator were also examined.
This lecture provided an opportunity for our international students to immerse themselves in the practical aspect of consular and arbitration activities. During the meeting, the Honorary Consul was asked a number of questions from students related to the strengthening of Ukrainian-Austrian relations, the international image of Ukraine, and the activities of international commercial arbitration. For students, this meeting was interesting and professionally oriented.
