💫👩🎓🥇20 березня 2026 року за ініціативи Президента Міжнародного університету, академіка Ківалова Сергія Васильовича в Міжнародному університеті відбулася масштабна міжнародна науково-практична конференція на тему: «Цілісність права та стійкість держави в умовах сучасних викликів».
Захід об’єднав провідних учених, практиків, представників органів державної влади та судової системи, міжнародної наукової спільноти, аспірантів та здобувачів вищої освіти!
У межах конференції було обговорено ключові питання трансформації сучасного правового порядку, забезпечення стійкості держави в умовах війни та глобальних криз, розвитку цифрового правового простору, а також ролі юридичної науки у відновленні України. Особливу увагу приділено проблематиці цифровізації юридичної діяльності, захисту прав людини, інформаційній безпеці та формуванню нових підходів до праворозуміння в умовах нелінійності сучасного світу.
До участі в конференції долучилися міжнародні експерти з Венесуели, Канади, Мексики та Європейського Союзу, що забезпечило високий рівень наукової дискусії та сприяло розвитку міжінституційного партнерства.
Пленарне засідання та дискусійні панелі стали платформою для обміну ідеями, представлення актуальних досліджень і напрацювання практичних рекомендацій, щодо вдосконалення національних і міжнародних правових механізмів подолання кризових явищ та повоєнного відновлення України.

💫👩🎓🥇On March 20, 2026, at the initiative of the President of the International University, Academician Serhiy Vasylyovych Kivalov, a large-scale international scientific and practical conference was held at the International University on the topic: "Integrity of Law and Stability of the State in the Face of Modern Challenges".
The event brought together leading scientists, practitioners, representatives of state authorities and the judicial system, the international scientific community, graduate students and higher education applicants!
The conference discussed key issues of the transformation of the modern legal order, ensuring the stability of the state in conditions of war and global crises, the development of the digital legal space, as well as the role of legal science in the restoration of Ukraine. Particular attention was paid to the issues of digitalization of legal activity, protection of human rights, information security and the formation of new approaches to legal understanding in the conditions of the nonlinearity of the modern world.
International experts from Venezuela, Canada, Mexico, and the European Union participated in the conference, which ensured a high level of scientific discussion and contributed to the development of inter-institutional partnership.
The plenary session and discussion panels became a platform for exchanging ideas, presenting current research, and developing practical recommendations to improve national and international legal mechanisms for overcoming crisis phenomena and post-war reconstruction of Ukraine.
