МІЖНАРОДНИЙ УНІВЕРСИТЕТ НА ФОРУМІ – 2026: РОЗВИТОК БЕССАРАБСЬКОГО ІНСТИТУТУ ТА НОВІ ОСВІТНІ ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ РЕГІОНУ / INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY AT THE FORUM – 2026: DEVELOPMENT OF THE BESSARABIAN INSTITUTE AND NEW EDUCATIONAL PROSPECTS FOR THE REGION
9 травня 2026 року делегація Міжнародного університету взяла участь у ІІІ Міжнародному Бессарабському економічному форумі, який відбувся у місті Болград Одеської області. Захід став масштабним майданчиком для конструктивного діалогу між представниками органів влади, бізнесу, наукової спільноти, міжнародних партнерів і громадськості щодо перспектив розвитку півдня Одещини та післявоєнного відновлення України.
Організаторами форуму виступили Болградська міська рада за підтримки Болградської районної ради та Болградської районної державної адміністрації. У межах форуму були представлені тематичні напрями, присвячені розвитку сільського господарства, туризму, енергетики, інфраструктури, цифрових технологій, освіти, науки, соціальних ініціатив та міжнародного партнерства.
Слід зазначити, що у 2025 році за ініціативою Президента Міжнародного університету академіка Сергія КІВАЛОВА та ректора університету професора Костянтина ГРОМОВЕНКА в м. Болград було відкрито філію Міжнародного університету - Бессарабський інститут. Виступаючи на Форумі, під час роботи секції «Соціальні проєкти», перший проректор Міжнародного університету Василь ЛЕФТЕРОВ зазначив, що саме на минулорічному ІІ Міжнародному Бессарабському економічному форумі, у травні 2025 року, вперше було презентовано соціально-освітній проєкт створення у Болграді закладу вищої освіти. І сьогодні цей проєкт уже успішно реалізовується та демонструє активний розвиток.
Так, Бессарабський інститут Міжнародного університету здійснив перший набір здобувачів вищої освіти, які навчаються за актуальними та затребуваними спеціальностями, зокрема право, менеджмент, готельно-ресторанна справа, філологія, педагогіка тощо. Важливою є підтримка Болградської міської ради, яка для розвитку інституту виділила просторе приміщення. Наразі триває його поетапне облаштування та модернізація з метою створення комфортного, сучасного та інноваційного освітнього середовища для студентів і викладачів.
Учасники Форуму позитивно оцінили й підтримали реалізацію цього освітнього проєкту, наголосивши, що створення Бессарабського інституту є вагомим прикладом інвестицій у розвиток регіону, підтримку молоді та зміцнення освітньо-наукового потенціалу Бессарабії.
Загалом, участь у ІІІ Міжнародному Бессарабському економічному форумі стала важливою можливістю для налагодження нових професійних контактів, обміну досвідом та розширення регіонального і міжнародного партнерства. Міжнародний університет і надалі активно долучатиметься до різних науково-практичних заходів, спрямованих на розвиток освіти, науки, економіки та суспільства, підтверджуючи свою відкритість до інновацій, партнерства та сучасних викликів часу.

On May 9, 2026, the delegation of the International University took part in the III International Bessarabian Economic Forum, which was held in the city of Bolgrad, Odesa region. The event became a large-scale platform for constructive dialogue between representatives of government bodies, business, the scientific community, international partners and the public on the prospects for the development of the south of the Odesa region and the post-war restoration of Ukraine.
The organizers of the forum were the Bolgrad City Council with the support of the Bolgrad District Council and the Bolgrad District State Administration. The forum presented thematic areas dedicated to the development of agriculture, tourism, energy, infrastructure, digital technologies, education, science, social initiatives and international partnership.
It should be noted that in 2025, at the initiative of the President of the International University, Academician Serhiy KIVALOV and the Rector of the University, Professor Konstantin HROMOVENKO, a branch of the International University - the Bessarabian Institute - was opened in the city of Bolgrad. Speaking at the Forum, during the work of the “Social Projects” section, the First Vice-Rector of the International University, Vasyl LEFTEROV, noted that it was at last year’s II International Bessarabian Economic Forum, in May 2025, that the socio-educational project of creating a higher education institution in Bolgrad was first presented. And today this project is already being successfully implemented and demonstrates active development.
Thus, the Bessarabian Institute of the International University has carried out the first recruitment of higher education applicants who are studying in relevant and popular specialties, in particular law, management, hotel and restaurant business, philology, pedagogy, etc. The support of the Bolgrad City Council, which allocated a spacious room for the development of the institute, is important. Currently, its phased arrangement and modernization are underway in order to create a comfortable, modern and innovative educational environment for students and teachers.
The Forum participants positively assessed and supported the implementation of this educational project, emphasizing that the creation of the Bessarabian Institute is a significant example of investment in the development of the region, support for youth and strengthening the educational and scientific potential of Bessarabia.
In general, participation in the III International Bessarabian Economic Forum has become an important opportunity to establish new professional contacts, exchange experience and expand regional and international partnerships. The International University will continue to actively participate in various scientific and practical activities aimed at the development of education, science, economy and society, confirming its openness to innovation, partnership and modern challenges of the time.
