Науково-методичний семінар для викладачів та аспірантів Міжнародного університету «Сучасний стан Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar та фахових видань категорії "Б": навички науковця в умовах нестабільного середовища»
23 квітня 2026 року відділом аспірантури, докторантури та науково-дослідної роботи організовано та проведено науково-методичний семінар на тему: «Сучасний стан Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar та фахових видань категорії "Б": навички науковця в умовах нестабільного середовища».
Захід відбувся у співпраці з Міжнародною компанією «Наукові Публікації» та був спрямований на науково-педагогічних працівників університету, аспірантів і педагогічних працівників.
Семінар проведено в рамках підвищення кваліфікації з метою вдосконалення наукової компетентності та підвищення публікаційної активності, що є одним із пріоритетних напрямів діяльності університету.
Під час заходу було розглянуто актуальні аспекти роботи з міжнародними наукометричними базами даних Scopus, Web of Science та Google Scholar. Особливу увагу приділено питанням індексації наукових публікацій, оцінювання результативності наукової діяльності та формування профілю науковця.
Учасники семінару ознайомилися з принципами наукометрії, сучасними вимогами до наукових публікацій у фахових виданнях категорії "Б", а також обговорили можливості використання інструментів штучного інтелекту у науковій діяльності.
Проведення подібних заходів сприяє підвищенню якості наукових досліджень, інтеграції у міжнародний науковий простір та розвитку професійних компетентностей науковців університету.

Scientific and methodological seminar for teachers and postgraduate students of the International University "Current state of Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar and professional publications of category "B": skills of a scientist in an unstable environment"
On April 23, 2026, the Department of Postgraduate Studies, Doctoral Studies and Scientific Research organized and held a scientific and methodological seminar on the topic: "Current state of Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar and professional publications of category "B": skills of a scientist in an unstable environment".
The event was held in cooperation with the International Company "Scientific Publications" and was aimed at scientific and pedagogical employees of the university, postgraduate students and pedagogical employees.
The seminar was held as part of advanced training to improve scientific competence and increase publication activity, which is one of the priority areas of the university's activities.
The event considered current aspects of working with international scientometric databases Scopus, Web of Science and Google Scholar. Particular attention was paid to the issues of indexing scientific publications, assessing the effectiveness of scientific activity and forming a scientist's profile.
The seminar participants got acquainted with the principles of scientometrics, modern requirements for scientific publications in professional publications of category "B", and also discussed the possibilities of using artificial intelligence tools in scientific activity.
Holding such events contributes to improving the quality of scientific research, integration into the international scientific space and development of professional competencies of university scientists.
