Презентація державної ініціативи «Тисячовесна» за участі представників Міжнародного університету / Presentation of the state initiative "Tysyachovesna" with the participation of representatives of the International University
30 квітня в Одесі відбулася презентація масштабної державної ініціативи «Тисячовесна», спрямованої на підтримку українського культурного продукту. У заході взяли участь професор кафедри кіно і телебачення Міжнародного університету Ярослав Лупій та здобувачі освіти Діана Манойло і Дарья Бондаренко, які долучилися до обговорення можливостей фінансування та розвитку сучасного українського контенту.
Ініціатива «Тисячовесна», започаткована Володимиром Зеленським, передбачає бюджет у розмірі 4 млрд грн і є одним із найбільших державних проєктів у сфері культури. Її метою є підтримка авторів і креативних команд, а також зміцнення зв’язку суспільства з країною через якісний культурний продукт.
Захід був організований Міністерством культури України спільно з Офісом Президента України та об’єднав представників медіа, культурної сфери, громадського сектору, державних інституцій, митців, контент-кріейторів, а також студентів і викладачів мистецьких і культурних закладів освіти.
Під час зустрічі учасники отримали вичерпну інформацію щодо можливостей отримання фінансування для реалізації власних культурних проєктів, вимог до подання заявок і критеріїв відбору, актуальних форматів культурного контенту, а також перспектив розвитку української креативної індустрії. Під час презентації було наголошено, що підтримку в межах ініціативи отримають проєкти у семи ключових напрямах: ігрові фільми та серіали, документальні фільми та серіали, анімація, контент для дитячої аудиторії, сучасна музика, перформативне мистецтво, а також візуальне мистецтво та аудіовізуальні шоу.
Ініціативу в Одесі представили віцепрем’єр-міністерка з гуманітарної політики — міністерка культури України Тетяна Бережна, директорка департаменту стратегічних комунікацій та промоції української культури Ганна Красноступ та голова Державного агентства України з питань кіно Андрій Осіпов.
Окрему увагу було приділено відкритому діалогу з учасниками. Організатори відповіли на запитання представників локальних спільнот, надали практичні рекомендації щодо підготовки проєктів і підкреслили важливість залучення регіональних ініціатив до загальнонаціонального культурного процесу.
Участь завідувача кафедри кіно і телебачення професора Ярослава Лупія та здобувачів освіти Міжнародного університету засвідчила активну позицію університетської спільноти у розвитку сучасної української культури та інтеграції освітнього середовища у практичні культурні ініціативи державного рівня.

On April 30, a presentation of the large-scale state initiative “Tysiachovesna” was held in Odesa, aimed at supporting the Ukrainian cultural product. The event was attended by Yaroslav Lupiy, a professor at the Department of Cinema and Television of the International University, and students Diana Manoilo and Daria Bondarenko, who joined the discussion of financing opportunities and the development of modern Ukrainian content.
The “Tysiachovesna” initiative, launched by Volodymyr Zelensky, provides for a budget of UAH 4 billion and is one of the largest state projects in the field of culture. Its goal is to support authors and creative teams, as well as strengthen the connection of society with the country through a high-quality cultural product.
The event was organized by the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine together with the Office of the President of Ukraine and brought together representatives of the media, cultural sphere, public sector, state institutions, artists, content creators, as well as students and teachers of art and cultural educational institutions.
During the meeting, the participants received comprehensive information on the opportunities for obtaining funding for the implementation of their own cultural projects, application requirements and selection criteria, current formats of cultural content, as well as the prospects for the development of the Ukrainian creative industry. During the presentation, it was emphasized that projects in seven key areas will receive support within the initiative: feature films and series, documentaries and series, animation, content for children's audiences, contemporary music, performative art, as well as visual art and audiovisual shows.
The initiative was presented in Odesa by Deputy Prime Minister for Humanitarian Policy - Minister of Culture of Ukraine Tetyana Berezhna, Director of the Department of Strategic Communications and Promotion of Ukrainian Culture Hanna Krasnostup and Head of the State Agency of Ukraine for Cinema Andriy Osipov.
Special attention was paid to an open dialogue with the participants. The organizers answered questions from representatives of local communities, provided practical recommendations for preparing projects and emphasized the importance of involving regional initiatives in the national cultural process.
The participation of the Head of the Department of Cinema and Television, Professor Yaroslav Lupii, and students of the International University demonstrated the active position of the university community in the development of modern Ukrainian culture and the integration of the educational environment into practical cultural initiatives at the state level.
