Exploring the World of Cinema: International University Students Visit Odesa Film Studio

This spirit defined the meeting between first- to fourth-year students of the Department of Film and Television at the Faculty of Design, Architecture and Arts of International University and the legendary Odesa Film Studio, which took place on the birthday of renowned Ukrainian film director Oleksandr Dovzhenko.
On this special day, the students did more than simply visit one of the most prominent centers of Ukrainian cinema. They went behind the scenes of film production, connected with the history of Ukrainian cinema, and discovered the contemporary world of audiovisual creativity.
A particularly engaging part of the visit was the tour of the film studio’s museum, where participants had an opportunity to immerse themselves in the history of Ukrainian cinema, view unique exhibits, and trace the development of cinematography over the decades.
An important part of the meeting was a screening of creative works by graduates of the Department of Film and Television.
