Візит студентів факультету права та економіки до Господарського суду Одеської області / Visit of students of the Faculty of Law and Economics to the Commercial Court of Odesa Region
14 травня 2026 року студенти 2 курсу спеціальностей «Право» та «Міжнародне право» Факультету права та економіки Міжнародного університету в межах вивчення дисципліни «Юридичний супровід бізнесу» разом із к.ю.н., доцентом кафедри державно-правових дисциплін Антоніною ЗГАМОЮ відвідали Господарський суд Одеської області.
Майбутні правники були присутні на судових засіданнях під головуванням судді Олега ЦІСЕЛЬСЬКОГО у справах щодо стягнення боргу, визнання додаткових угод недійсними, повернення безпідставно сплачених коштів та відшкодування збитків. Студенти змогли побачити господарський процес «зсередини»: від вступного слова сторін до дослідження доказів і судових дебатів.
Окрему увагу приділили знайомству з роботою апарату суду. Начальник відділу документального забезпечення суду (канцелярії) Світлана КОЛЕВИЧ розповіла про особливості роботи з процесуальними документами, функціонування системи «Електронний суд» та організацію архіву суду.
Також заступник начальника аналітично-інформаційного відділу Оксана САФАРОВА-ДЕСЯТНИК ознайомила студентів із моніторингом актуальної судової практики, аналізом судових рішень та відстеженням змін у законодавстві.
Такі практичні заняття - це можливість ще під час навчання зрозуміти, як насправді працює судова система, як формується юридична позиція у спорі та чому професія юриста - це не лише теорія, а й щоденна аналітика, відповідальність і практика.
Висловлюємо щиру подяку колективу Господарського суду Одеської області за відкритість, професіоналізм та плідну співпрацю у спільній меті - підготовці нового покоління правників, здатних поєднувати ґрунтовні теоретичні знання з практичними навичками та сучасним баченням юридичної професії.

On May 14, 2026, 2nd-year students of the specialties "Law" and "International Law" of the Faculty of Law and Economics of the International University, as part of the study of the discipline "Legal Support of Business", together with Candidate of Laws, Associate Professor of the Department of State and Legal Disciplines Antonina ZHAMAYA, visited the Commercial Court of Odesa Region.
Future lawyers attended court hearings presided over by Judge Oleg TSISELSKY in cases regarding debt collection, recognition of additional agreements as invalid, return of unreasonably paid funds and compensation for damages. Students were able to see the economic process "from the inside": from the introductory speech of the parties to the study of evidence and court debates.
Special attention was paid to getting acquainted with the work of the court apparatus. The head of the court's documentary support department (office) Svitlana KOLEVYCH spoke about the peculiarities of working with procedural documents, the functioning of the "Electronic Court" system and the organization of the court archive.
Also, the deputy head of the analytical and information department Oksana SAFAROVA-DESYATNIK introduced students to monitoring current judicial practice, analyzing court decisions and tracking changes in legislation.
Such practical classes are an opportunity to understand, even during their studies, how the judicial system actually works, how a legal position is formed in a dispute and why the profession of a lawyer is not only theory, but also daily analytics, responsibility and practice.
