Excerpt from the Academic Integrity Regulations

In order to implement the provisions of these Regulations, a Commission on Academic Integrity has been established at MSU.

The Commission is vested with the right to receive and consider complaints regarding violations of these Regulations and to make proposals to the management of the International Humanitarian University on improving academic integrity in higher education institutions.

In its activities, the Commission is guided by the Constitution of Ukraine and other regulatory acts of Ukraine, as well as the regulatory acts of the International Humanitarian University.

Any participant in the educational process who becomes aware of violations of these Regulations must submit a statement to the head of the department, dean of the faculty or director of the institute, vice-rector for scientific and pedagogical activities or rector.

The applicant and the person in relation to whom the issue of academic integrity violation is being considered are invited to the Commission meeting.
