Informing MU graduates and students about vacancies in enterprises, institutions, and organizations that correspond to their professional training (specialty)

Establishing cooperation with the state employment service, enterprises, institutions, and organizations regardless of ownership, which may be potential employers for graduates and students

Participation in shaping the content of educational programs in line with labor market needs

Establishing relationships with alumni in order to track their career paths and promote student employment

Scientific, methodological, and organizational support for monitoring the quality of university applicants' knowledge; development of a unified system of criteria, diagnostic tools, and indicators for monitoring the quality of education at the university in collaboration with the teaching and methodological department and student self-government bodies. Formulation of recommendations for improving the quality of educational activities based on monitoring studies.

Organizing meetings between employers and students and graduates to discuss their future employment opportunities, holding job fairs, master classes, training sessions, and presentations of enterprises and companies

Posting information about vacancies, internships, and practical training on the university's internal resources and on our MU Facebook page, the website of the International Humanitarian University

Assistance in finding employment for students and graduates in accordance with their specialization at enterprises in Odessa, the region, and other regions of Ukraine

Systematic collection, processing, and analysis of the results of educational and socio-psychological monitoring of the activities of students and scientific and pedagogical staff. Informing all participants in the educational process about the results of monitoring studies through the university's information resources.

Providing advisory and methodological assistance to university departments on issues related to the diagnosis, assessment, and monitoring of the quality of knowledge of higher education students.
