Arina Leonivna Frumkina graduated in 2010 from the Faculty of Romance and Germanic Philology at Odessa National University named after I. I. Mechnikov with a degree in Language and Literature and obtained a master's degree in philology, teaching German and English languages and literature.
During her student years, she studied in the Federal Republic of Germany as part of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) grant programs, namely:
1. 17th regional studies course for students of German studies (17. Landeskundlicher Sommerkurs für Studierende des Faches Germanistik), Regensburg, Germany.
2. International Summer Course at the University of Augsburg, Germany (Der Internationale Sommerkurs der Universität Augsburg).
3. Hessian International Summer University (Hessische internationale Sommeruniversität), Marburg, Germany.
From 2010 to 2017, she worked as a lecturer at the Department of Foreign Languages of the Natural Sciences Faculties of Odessa National University named after I. I. Mechnikov.
From 2011 to 2014, she studied at the postgraduate department of German philology at Odessa National University named after I. I. Mechnikov, and in May 2015, she defended her thesis for the degree of Candidate of Philological Sciences in the specialty 10.02.04 – Germanic Languages on the topic: “Phonostylistic variability of vowel onset in federal German television discourse (instrumental-phonetic study)”.

Center for Scientific Competence and Academic Writing

is a unique structural unit of the university that performs the following tasks:
1. Coordination of measures to improve the level of scientific activity at the University.
2. Organization of the educational process and training of international-level scientific personnel capable of organizing and conducting research, preparing project proposals and reports, find foreign partners for the project, competently compile and submit a grant application, conduct high-quality scientific research at the level of modern scientific achievements, write a high-quality scientific article in English based on the research results for submission to the world's best publications.
3. Coordination of scientific research by scientific and pedagogical staff, improvement of the quality of scientific research results carried out in departments within the working hours of teachers.
4. Assistance in the implementation of scientific research carried out in accordance with established procedures, funded by various sources, including the state budget, grants, and other sources of funding.
5. Organizing and conducting scientific, scientific-practical, scientific-methodological seminars and conferences at the University. Promoting the participation of teachers, graduate students, and students in conferences of various levels outside the University.
